Membership / Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the Research Rats paid digital membership subscription.

1. Subscription

Research Rats offers one paid digital membership subscription.

Prices:

• £4.99 per month;
• £50 per year.

Subscriptions are paid in GBP.

2. What membership provides

Membership provides access to educational digital research interpretation content.

Membership does not provide:

• medical advice;
• personalised guidance;
• treatment advice;
• prescribing advice;
• dosing guidance;
• sourcing guidance;
• purchasing guidance;
• importing guidance;
• protocol design;
• cycle design;
• stack design;
• clinical services;
• coaching.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

You will be charged at the start of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel through the account dashboard.

Access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Immediate digital access

By subscribing, you agree to immediate access to digital content.

You acknowledge that, where legally applicable, accessing digital content immediately may affect or remove your cancellation rights.

For digital content, GOV.UK states customers must confirm they understand they may lose the 14-day cancellation right and must agree to instant access before access starts.

6. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Research Rats does not store full card details.

7. No free trial

No free trial is offered.

8. Consumers only

Membership is intended for consumers only unless otherwise stated.

9. Changes to membership

Research Rats may change membership content, structure or pricing. Users will be notified where legally required.
