Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Research Rats membership through your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

2. Refunds after digital access

Because Research Rats membership provides digital content, refunds may not be available once digital content has been accessed, where you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged possible loss of cancellation rights.

This is subject to applicable consumer law.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact legal@researchrats.co.uk.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
