Vendors state a fixed ratio between the four, weighted heavily towards GHK-Cu, but that composition is vendor-asserted, unverified by independent testing and not reproduced here — the material is sold strictly as "research-use only, not for human use".
The pitch is straightforward and seductive: four peptides, four complementary angles on recovery — tissue repair, anti-inflammatory action, gut support and skin/connective-tissue remodelling, all in one shot. The reality is more sobering. No controlled study has ever tested this four-peptide combination in humans or in animals. Any claimed synergy is theoretical and vendor-derived, not measured. So the only honest way to assess Klow is component by component — and even there, the evidence ranges from genuinely interesting preclinical biology to almost nothing in humans.
