That gap is the single most important thing to understand before reading anything else about PNC-27. Everything genuinely known about it comes from cells in dishes, fresh tumour samples studied outside the body, and mice. The widely repeated online claims of "phase I/II trials" and "500-plus patients treated" do not appear in any trial registry or indexed clinical journal — they trace back to vendor pages and non-peer-reviewed essays. Treat them as marketing, not evidence.
